Stop the Car!

When starting the long drive from Colorado to Texas, we usually get a five AM start, driving in the dark awhile before sunrise. It was really still too dark for a photo, but this was one of those "STOP THE CAR!" moments when the eastern sky reflected in a roadside stream.

Worth stopping for! What a fabulous sky! Can't say I'm usually up at that time of day to see the sunrise very often! A lovely shot.

Perfect shot.....so good that you stopped Barbara...how could you have passed this one up? The colors are something that you could never have re-created.

The magic of an early sunrise is had to put in words...you just snap captures and try to take it all in...superb....lovely colors.
