Tree Hugger

Rocky really is a little rocket. We took the kittens out for a brief walk on leashes. He was so excited to climb a tree, and didn't want to come down.

The guy really seems to enjoy. Leevi is also always in the trees when walking outside.

Definitely a time when you want them on a "short leash" in case they get somewhere out of reach!! Rocky definitely looks at home here.

Do your cats live indoors all the time Barbara?

16 Nov 2016 7:26pm

@Philnz: Yes, except if we take them out on a leash. Due to their active and fearless personalities, Somali cats do not do well outside. They are not afraid of cars, and because they are so friendly they might be taken. Also there are some feral cats that could give them something or fight them, and coyotes would find them to be a nice snack. We actually signed a contract with the breeder that they will not be free roaming.

Go on let him run, he'll come back when he's hungry...On second thoughts don't listen to me I'm an idiot . ;>((
