Blue Morpho

Posted by

I think this was a the blue morpho. There were a lot of them at The Key West Butterfly Conservatory, Key West, Florida, a butterfly park that has 50 or 60 different species of live butterflies from around the world in a climate-controlled, glass-enclosed habitat.

A nice pose. They hardly ever pose like this for me. Instead, they fold those lovely wings.
