Fishing Boats in Victoria Harbor, British Columbia in April.

*Here in Texas Friday night it was 70 ºF (21ºC) and there was a severe tornado threat! We were told to go to our safe rooms. It passed on over with much thunder, lightening and rain. Saturday morning it was 30ºF (-1.1ºC) with snow falling. Tornado at night and snow by morning. Welcome to Texas weather. ;-)

(Sadly the snow only lasted a few minutes and melted as soon as it hit the warm ground.)

Happy you are safe..But must have been a good change too so long as there was no damage !
Nice image with a darkening sky...

There was also a storm in Finland that felled trees and caused other damage. The temperature was five degrees Celsius above zero. It rained quite a lot. In Lapland it rains and in some areas there is almost a meter of snow. Turku has not snow.

Thank you for this picture of boats, I've always been fascinated by fishing boats and sailboats, much less by outboarders which are polluting.

What different weather conditions within 24 hours.
Luckily you were in the safe room during the storm. Do you have any damage?

12 Jan 2020 10:17am

@Marjolein: No, just a lot of rain. No tornado touched down so we were lucky.

I can do without the tornados and the snow. I do like snow in the mountains but not on the roads. I'm picky that way. ;-)
