A beautiful photo of the train. I wish we had high speed rail in this country.

In 2017, the Amtrak Cascades was navigating a high speed route (80 miles per hour which isn't fast at all) and jumped the tracks on a 30 mph curve. The train came down on Interstate 5 killing three people. How can you have a 30 mph curve on a " high speed" section of track. We'll never have a Shinkansen in the USA.

A wonderful view of the engine and the train! I used to take Amtrak to NYC twice a year to visit my son when he lived there. I loved it! Have a great visit!
