Protective Mom

A mother Grévy's zebra stands guard over her newborn and provides a little shade as well.

This is a wonderful scene in nature and great framing with the baby under the mother's watch. You might even crop it tighter to just the legs on the edges of the frame with the baby underneath.

@Elaine Hancock: Thanks. I'd say do it. There were some complications we knew about going into it so it was not as quick and easy as it is for most people but hopefully the worst is over now.
