Texas State Flower

Posted by
B. Thomas (Arlington, Texas, United States) on 13 April 2023 in Plant & Nature.

Late afternoon wild bluebonnets in the field behind my house. It's a sure sign of Spring.

Marie from Parc naturel de Chartreuse - Isère, France

I'm glad to see you back more often Barbara and these bluebonnets are so pretty.

What color to enjoy behind your house! Perennials that nature provides for your enjoyment. I love the contrast between the bluebonnets and warm sunlight of the background.

This is just beautiful! I love the light and the lovely colors. I would be looking out at the field quite often this time of year. I can see why the Bluebonnet is the Texas State Flower! What a wonderful sight!
